Consulting and design for systemic transformation.
Collaborating to envision, design, and bring about reimagined futures, especially in cultivating regenerative relationships with the planet.
Change is filled with uncertainty and opportunity. Engaging through curiosity allows us to better steer through times of transition, leading to more preferable futures.

Consulting

Change/Magic offers consulting for projects with comprehensive sensemaking and strategy needs in service of understanding a problem area, exploring what kind of futures you'd like to see, and how to get from here to there.

Beginning in the earliest stages — when things are fuzzy and less defined — allows for more opportunity to dig in and uncover root causes, resulting in more effective interventions and change.
This process is held in partnership with other experts, community members, and stakeholders. It includes participatory approaches, synthesis and strategy, creative thinking, and tangible outcomes.

As each industry and problem space has unique attributes and needs, the steps and participants throughout will be different for every project, while still flowing through understanding, envisioning, and transformation.
Understand

Envision
What preferred futures are we navigating to? How might we get there?

  • futures & foresight
  • scenario planning & visioning
  • strategy & planning
Transform
Making the change tangible, the complex approachable, and putting results into the world.

  • visual design & creative direction
  • creative storytelling
  • summary reports & presentations
