Workshop Design

Approach

Complex challenges require many perspectives. I design workshops and co-design processes that bring community members, public agencies, businesses, and experts into the same conversation, and help them see the system they share.

Content is dependent on where the participants are starting from and the goals of the convening, and generally aims to:
  • increase systemic awareness around influences and impacts,
  • increase the sense of hope and agency around potential futures,
  • improve the group's ability to steer towards desired outcomes.
